Medical fees
At Revita Medical Centre, most of our consultations are bulk billed. Procedure’s such as skin biopsy, skin surgery and iron infusions will attract an out of pocket fee. It is advisable to discuss the costs with your doctor before booking any procedures. We charge private fees for Driver’s licence fitness assessments and Pilots medical assessments.

Cosmetic consultations (Dr Niaz Reza) are complimentary, but any cosmetic procedure/s will be privately billed.
Work Cover Consultations are billed to the patient until we receive a claim number from the insurer. Until then, the consultation is billed as a private consult. Once we receive the claim number, we will bill directly to the insurer.

Initial consultation is required for all procedures

Iron Infusion Consultations
All infusions require an initial consult with Dr Reza or Dr Haque
- Medicare patients: $100.00 clinic fee + approx. $40.00 for medication
- Concession: approx. $10.00 for medication
- Private patients: fees vary
Recent pathology (within 3 months) required. No infusions for under 18s or during pregnancy. Stop iron supplements 7 days prior.
Mental health social worker and counsellor available on-site (fees may apply)
Dietician and Physiotherapy available
With care plan (GPMP/EPC) – no out-of-pocket fees
