Medical fees
At Revita Medical Centre, most of our consultations are bulk billed. Procedure’s such as skin biopsy, skin surgery and iron infusions will attract an out of pocket fee. It is advisable to discuss the costs with your doctor before booking any procedures. We charge private fees for Driver’s licence fitness assessments and Pilots medical assessments.

Cosmetic consultations (Dr Niaz Reza) and procedures are all privately billed. Fees apply for the Consultation with Dr Niaz Reza, and the doctor will advise the fees for the procedure/s at the time of the consultation.
Work Cover Consultations are billed privately regardless of the claim number from the insurer.

Ear Syringing: Bulk billed. Please note that this procedure may not be done on the same day, and you may be required to use Wax sol for a few days prior to procedure
Wound Repair: Patients who require frequent dressings/change will be notified on Fee’s associated – Please feel free to purchase dressings at your own cost – once advised by the Nurse the dressing type required.
Private /Travel Vaccination Fees
Influenza vaccine: $20.00 (some patients are eligible under the government funded scheme for free flu vaccines)
Whooping Cough, RSV and Influenza: Free for woman who are pregnant with Medicare – As of June 2023, Whooping cough vaccine will now needs a script, we don’t store any private vaccines.
Tetanus/ADT Vaccine – $15.00
Yellow fever (Stamaril) vaccine – $180.00 (ONLY BOOKED WITH DR REZA – please call reception to book in and to check stock)

In cases we don’t have stock, you will be asked to make a GP appointment to request the prescription required – you can then return to the clinic to get the vaccines administered by either a Nurse/GP.

Skin Tag Removal
Do not try to remove a skin tag without speaking to a GP first. If you have a skin tag that’s causing problems, consider making an appointment with your GP to have it removed. Skin tags can easily be burnt or frozen off in a similar way to how warts are removed. Depending how easily it can be removed (frozen) – or surgically, will depend on the fee.
Skin tag removal by freezing: from $150 (price varies)

Up to 5 tags (excluding eyelids): $150
5 – 10 tags: $220

Iron Infusion Consultations and Appointments
*ALL INFUSIONS must be booked for an initial consultation with either Dr Niaz Reza or Dr MD Muzammel Haque, please call reception to book in*
**Some patients will require either 1 or 2 infusions in total – this will be determined by each individual and discussed on their initial consult. Please make sure to bring your RECENT pathology results to your consultation with either Dr Haque or Dr Reza. We DO NOT do iron infusions on those who are under the age of 18 years or who are pregnant. You will have to be off any Iron supplements for 7 days before having an infusion.

- People with chronic disease condition (such as diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol or high blood pressure, GORD, Obesity) may qualify for General Practice Chronic Care Medical Plan (GPCCMP) therefore might be able to ATTRACT MEDICARE REBATE. Check with your doctor regarding eligibility.
- Individual consults are claimable for rebate through most private health funds. Please check with your private health fund to determine what you will be entitled to.
