In accordance with current Australian Public Health advice, Revita Medical Clinic requests that any individuals who start experiencing respiratory symptoms (fever, cough, difficulty breathing) and have recently travelled ANYWHERE INTERNATIONALLY or had contact with someone diagnosed with the novel coronavirus within the last 14 days call the medical centre or hospital before arrival so that the appropriate infection control measures can be put in place and people can be directed to the best place for testing and treatment.

Good news!! 2019 Flu vaccines are available.

INFLUENZA  is a deadly disease and it has the potential to make you really sick often needing hospital admission. The most vulnerable group of people are the elderly and young children and people with chronic conditions like Diabetes and asthma. This years quadrivlent flu injections is what you need to protect yourself and your family against this deadly infection.

The vaccines are priced very reasonably at 15.00 AUD for the ones who are not eligible to receive free govt. subsidised vaccines.

FREE FLU VACCINE  Eligible groups are the group of people who are listed bellow.

age 65yrs and over

aboriginal 15yrs or over

all kids aged 6months to 5 years

if you have asthma/COPD/Emphysema or other chronic lung conditions

if youhave Chronic Heart failure, heart disease, Ischaemic heart diease, valvular heart disease etc

Diabetics–

if you have  cancer, transplantation and/or chronic steroid use), asplenia or splenic dysfunction, and HIV infection or compromised immunity

if you have multiple sclerosis, seizure disorders, spinal cord injuries and neuromuscular disorders

if you have kidney failure

Haematological disorder: leukaemia, thalassaemia etc
