Medical fees
At Revita Medical Centre, most of our consultations are bulk billed. Procedure’s such as skin biopsy, skin surgery and iron infusions will attract an out of pocket fee. It is advisable to discuss the costs with your doctor before booking any procedures. We charge private fees for Driver’s licence fitness assessments and Pilots medical assessments.

Cosmetic consultations (Dr Niaz Reza) are complimentary, but any cosmetic procedure/s will be privately billed.
Work Cover Consultations are billed to the patient until we receive a claim number from the insurer. Until then, the consultation is billed as a private consult. Once we receive the claim number, we will bill directly to the insurer.

Wound Repair: Patients who require frequent dressings/change will be notified on Fee’s associated – Please feel free to purchase dressings at your own cost – once advised by the Nurse the dressing type required.

Influenza vaccine: $20.00 (some patients are eligible under the government funded scheme for free flu vaccines)
Whooping cough Vaccine/Boostrix – 50.00AUD
(Free for woman who are pregnant with Medicare – As of June 2023, Whooping cough vaccine will now incur a fee for Husbands/Partners with Medicare). Private patients will be charged privately
Tetanus/ADT Vaccine – Free ($15.00AUD for private patients/non-Medicare holders)

In cases we don’t have stock, you will be asked to make a GP appointment to request the prescription required – you can then return back to the clinic to get the vaccines administered by either a Nurse/Gp.

Skin Tag Removal
Price List of Skin Tag removal at Revita Medical & Skin Clinic
Do not try to remove a skin tag without speaking to a GP first. If you have a skin tag that’s causing problems, consider making an appointment with your GP to have it removed. Skin tags can easily be burnt or frozen off in a similar way to how warts are removed. Depending how easily it can be removed (frozen or surgically) will depend on the fee.
Skin tag removal by freezing: Will incur a fee – below is an estimate, it will be discussed after consultation
Skin tag removal by surgical scaping: From $50.00, surgical scraping will be a little more expensive, price will be discussed after consultation

- Medication – Around $40.00 with Medicare, it will be cheaper if you have healthcare/concession card
- Infusion Out of pocket cost on the day $75.00 (per infusion) – *same price for healthcare & concession card holders
Private Patients (No Medicare)
- Consult – $70.00
- Medication – Approx. $300 (PER INFUSION*)
- Infusion Cost on the day $145 (PER INFUSION*)
**Some patients will require either 1 or 2 infusions in total – this will be determined by each individual and discussed on there initial consult. Please make sure to bring your RECENT pathology results to your consultation with either Dr Haque or Dr Reza. We DO NOT do iron infusions on those who are under the age of 18 years or who are pregnant. You will have to be off any Iron supplements for 7days before having an infusion.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- People with chronic disease condition (such as diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol or high blood pressure, GORD, Obesity) may qualify for Medicare Enhance Primary Care (EPC) Plan therefore might be able to ATTRACT MEDICARE REBATE. Check with your doctor regarding eligibility.
- Individual consults are claimable for rebate through most private health funds. Please check with your private health fund to determine what you will be entitled to.
